On 2 August, Gustavo conducts the Chicago Symphony Orchestra with pianist Daniil Trifonov in a programme consisting of works by Weber, Schumann and Dvořák, programming the Ninth Symphony by the latter with Weber’s “Freischütz“-Overture and Schumann’s Piano Concerto in A Minor.
