September brings the beginning of a new season for Gustavo Gimeno and the Orchestre Philharmonique de Luxembourg. In their fourth season together, they will embark on a South America tour with Janine Jansen, before diving into a production of “Macbeth” in November. Further Highlights for the coming season include Rossini’s “Stabat Mater”, Mahler’s Third Symphony and plenty of concerts all across Europe, including Latvia, Sweden and France.
The orchestra’s musical partners during the 2019/20 season include Artist in residence Isabelle Faust as well as Patricia Kopatchinskaja.
